Piratframes designs and sells FPV drone frames and accessories. All products are described on piratframes.com. Carbon fiber products may show slight variations in finish — this is inherent to the material and does not constitute a defect.
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT (20%). Piratframes reserves the right to update prices at any time. The price in effect at the time of order confirmation applies.
Orders are placed through piratframes.com. An order is confirmed upon receipt of the payment confirmation email. Piratframes reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issue, or suspected fraud.
Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments (Stripe). Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.
Orders are shipped via Colissimo (La Poste) to Europe. Estimated delivery times:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. A tracking number is provided by email upon shipment.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before the deadline. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Items must be returned unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been assembled, modified, or show signs of use.

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years, Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, crashes, or normal wear.
Piratframes cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of its products in conditions not specified or recommended. FPV drone flying carries inherent risks. Users are responsible for complying with local regulations regarding drone operation.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts of Pontoise (France) will have jurisdiction.
